What we collect. When you use our contact form we collect your name, organisation, email address and the content of your message. When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics tools may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Why we process it, and our legal basis. We use contact details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential business relationships (legal basis: legitimate interest, and steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement). We use limited technical data to operate, secure and improve the site (legal basis: legitimate interest), and optional analytics only where you have given consent.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (for example hosting and email providers), under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

Retention. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. To exercise these, contact [privacy@alvionbio.com]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).

International transfers. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
